Ahuva Yanai, CEO

Ahuva is CEO of Matan since 2002. Prior to joining Matan she served for 28 years in the Israel Defense Forces in senior positions, including the Military Ombudsman, Head of Academic HR Branch and Head of Casualty Liaison Branch. She retired as Colonel. Over the years Ahuva has also been involved in social and business endeavors, serving as Board Member at Ashdod Port; Board member of a Mutual Funds Investments Company; Board member of The Council for Cable TV and  Satellite Broadcasting and Board member of The Israel Management Center, to name a few. Ahuva holds an MA in Political Science.

Einat Rubenstein, VP Corporate-Community Partnerships

Einat has been leading the development and management of partnerships between corporations and the community since Matan's establishment in  late 1998. Her expertise in building strategic partnerships has resulted in the creation of new impactful programs for both partners as well as a significant growth in the resources invested. Under her guidance Matan developed a comprehensive and unique toolkit for the investment of a wide range of resources (money, time, skills and in-kind), with or without employee involvement, workplace campaigns, social marketing and more. Her utmost belief in ongoing learning and creativity enable Matan to offer its partners novel and unique opportunities for community investment. Before joining Matan Einat worked in advertising and marketing and managed the advertising strategies and campaigns for leading Israeli companies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bar Ilan University and an MBA in Management Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
