This month Matan introduced a new name: Matan – Investing in the Community and an updated logo
"After more than 10 years we decided our name and logo should convey the development and changes of the organization", explains Ahuva Yanai, CEO of Matan. "We are still striving to find each company and donor their unique way to give, but over the years we have expanded our scope and target audiences and therefore our new name: Matan – Investing in the Community, gives a better idea of what we do. We are very happy with the result."
The branding process was led by Shalmor Avnon Amichay / Y&R advertising agency, which works with Matan on a pro bono basis since it was founded.
Explains Gideon Amichay, Partner and Chief Creative Executive, who is also Matan's Boatd member: "Our aim was to update the old logo, while keeping its history".
The new branding was celebrated at a special morning event with Israel's most prominent executives including Matan's Chairmen Jacob Schimmel and Avi Fischer and Shari Arison, owner of the Arison Group and founder of Matan
